The company was established on 28.09.1979 as an “Institute for technological equipment and constructive elements”- Plovdiv. The Institute was registered with main activities – design and production of constructive elements, tool equipment, non-standard equipment and training specialists in these fields.
Keeping company tradition and considering the new trends of development on 02.05.2000 the institute was transformed into High Technology Park “Hebar” PLC, thus giving new opportunities for partnership in larger fields of activities.
Main shareholders of the Park are: "OPTELA-Optical technologies" PLC, ZMM "Metalik" PLC and other industrial and scientific units from Plovdiv and Bulgaria..
High Technology Park “Hebar” PLC aims to achieve regional prosperity combining the efforts of industry, science and research communities in Plovdiv. For this purpose in close relationship with the Plovdiv Universities are developed the necessary branches and infrastructures for high technology implementation in these spheres:
- Information Technologies
- CAD - CAM - CAE Technologies
- New company formation - as information environment, consultant services, financial support, etc.
- Production of tool equipment (dies, injection moulds, pressure moulds, blow moulds)
- Production of laser cutting machines with CNC
- Production of medical laser systems for therapy
High Technology Park “Hebar” PLC is open to co-operation and partnership in manufacturing, high technology joint ventures and other prospects of mutual interest with partners from all over the world.
